Easy Access to Your Doctor

Care is provided primarily by house calls and telemedicine, with traditional office-based care available also.  Communicate with your doctor online, by phone, or video call. Easily schedule your appointments online.

Extended, Relaxed Visits

Spend actual TIME with your doctor! 30-90 minute appointments are standard. Part of the relationship you will build with your doctor is based on your understanding of your care. Our team can even see multiple family members during one house call!

PROMPT Visits

Because we only accept a select number of patients at the practice, we can maintain availability on short notice.  There will be never be double booking.  You’re a priority, and you’ll feel like one.

Convenience of Telemedicine

You’ll be able to reach us via text, video chat, phone, and our patient portal. Your results, visit summaries and prescription information are available 24/7 on our comprehensive patient portal. You can send non-urgent messages on the portal, update your pharmacy, update your medications and allergies, and upload results from other doctors you might see.

Comprehensive Proactive Check-ups

This periodic visit will be fitted to your personal medical needs. It’s all about you, your specific goals for wellness, and doing all we can to prevent serious illness and disease.  We’ll review your personal health history and family history to best understand your risks and tailor a plan for the coming year. A physical exam will be done, and appropriate tests will be ordered. We will also make sure you are up to date with all recommended health screenings and vaccinations. We can handle school physicals, sports physicals and camp physicals too!

Minor Labs and Procedures

For example, minor suturing and rapid strep testing are all included in your membership fee. There are occasional special labs and supplies that may require an additional fee. Our members receive a discounted price for these special labs and supplies.

Discounted Diagnostic Studies

  • EKG/ECG at home or our office (non-emergency use only)

  • Holter continuous heart monitor, 1 or 2 day study

  • Home sleep study

  • Peripheral arterial disease screening with ABI
