Fee-for-Service (Non-Member)

If you do not wish to enroll in a membership plan, you can choose our Fee-for-Service option. This allows you to still receive care, but you will be billed at non-member pricing (see below). No Annual Physicals offered for non-members; see your PCP.

  • We now provide all routine pediatric and adult vaccines through VaxCare, which will bill your insurance if in network. Self-pay option available, and current prices available by request. We do not stock COVID vaccines.

    Adult vaccines also may be obtained at any pharmacy if your insurance is not in-network with Vaxcare.

    Other options for children include MinuteClinic or your city health department.

  • Members may use their insurance for labs, but also have access to deeply discounted laboratory testing on our practice account with LabCorp. See Member and Non-member prices here.

  • Mobile lab collection is available, $79 for members, $99 for non-members. Office lab collection is $20 for members, $25 for non-members. Pediatric and adult mobile phlebotomy offered.

  • If you can anticipate needing to see or talk our team, please do-so during regular service hours. We are extremely accessible during regular hours, and you are able to self-schedule online.

    If you request medical advice after-hours, there is an on-call surcharge of $75. If you need to be seen in person outside of business hours, you should proceed to the nearest urgent care or emergency department.
