We are very pleased to announce the addition of Dr. Elizabeth Shivone to the Modern Mobile Medicine family. Until early September, Dr. Shivone lived in San Antonio with her husband and their four children, where she served as President of the Catholic Physicians Guild and served on the Medical Advisory Board for Catholic Charities. She received her MD at UT Health Science Center in San Antonio and attended residency at the Christus Santa Rosa Family Medicine Program. After residency, she worked for Christus Physician Group for three years doing outpatient medicine before joining Health By Design, where she was recruited to be one of the founding doctors for Valero Headquarter's Family Wellness Center. She moved with her family to the Washington, D.C. area so her husband could pursue his PhD. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, swimming, gardening, reading, going to museums, and spending time with her husband and children.
