Vaccines Now Available at MODERN Mobile Medicine!

Dear Valued Patients,

I am happy to announce that we now offer vaccines at our Arlington office and by home visits. All routine immunizations for infants through seniors are now available through a partnership with VaxCare, who will bill your insurance for covered vaccines or collect for self-pay patients. This service is available to our current patients, but you can also refer your family, friends, and neighbors (by appointment only).

• Influenza (Flu) Vaccine – Stay protected during flu season

• Tdap (Tetanus, Diptheria, and Pertussis) Vaccine - Protects against 3 serious infections

• Pneumococcal Vaccine - Helps prevent pneumonia and respiratory infections

• Hepatitis A & B Vaccine - Protection against serious liver infections

• Shingles Vaccine - Recommended for older adults to prevent shingles/varicella zoster

• Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) - Recommended to prevent serious respiratory illness

Pediatric Vaccines We Offer

• MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) – Protects against 3 dangerous viral infections

• Tdap & DTaP (Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis) Vaccine – Protect against 3 serious infections

• Pneumococcal Vaccine – Protects against strains of pneumonia and other respiratory infections

• Hepatitis A & B Vaccines – Protection against serious liver infections

• Meningococcal Vaccines— both the standard ACWY and the Group B versions to protect against the deadly strains that cause meningitis

• Varicella - Protects against chickenpox

• Rotavirus - Protects against a cause of severe diarrhea

• HPV (ages 9-26 yrs) - Protects against Human Papilloma Virus strains that cause cervical cancer

• IPV- Protects against the disease Polio

• HIB - Protects against Haemophilus Influenzae, one cause of severe respiratory tract infections

• DTaP + IPV + HIB  (Pentacel) - Combination vaccine to reduce the number of shots

Our flu shots are preservative-free and quadrivalent, providing you with comprehensive protection against different strains of the flu. • These appointments are for flu shot only. If you have a medical concern, you must schedule a regular appointment with Dr. Haden.

• If you would like your family vaccinated at the same time, please schedule a brief office visit or house call instead. (visit fees apply for non-members)

• Seasonal influenza vaccine for ages 6 month and over. High dose for seniors not available.

• $35 for members, $45 for non-members.
